UK Court: Rwanda not safe for asylum seekers

UK government's plan to transfer asylum seekers to Rwanda is illegal, according to the British Supreme Court, because they wouldn't be safe there. The plan would expose asylum seekers to "risk of ill-treatment," as they could be returned to their home countries after being in Rwanda, according to the majority decision rendered by the UK's highest court on Wednesday.
